Guidelines for EAR Newsletter Submissions (2009)
The Educational Audiology Review (EAR) newsletter is the national quarterly newsletter of the Educational Audiology Association. The EAR is published four times per year by the Educational Audiology Association. Members of the EAA are typically school audiologists, either employed or contracted with the school districts to provide audiological care, products and services to the students. The purpose of the EAR is to keep membership abreast of new developments in our field as well as newsworthy information across the nation. Submissions are accepted from both EAA members and non-members. Topics vary with each quarterly newsletter having a different focus.
All newsworthy articles are appreciated including those on clinical topics, focus topics, local and state news. Submissions must be relevant to our membership and in accordance with the following guidelines:
Deadlines submission are Feb. 8, May 8, August 8, and November 8.
• November 8, 2009 - Topic: Management of Auditory Neuropathy

Adherence to deadlines is critical for timely production of the EAR. Publication dates are 6-8 weeks following submission deadlines.
